Default Overpair out of position w/ 4 callers

Perhaps these questions are obvious to y'all, but I'm a NL noob so any help would be appreciated.

Both hands are in a Live 3-500 buy-in 5/10 blinds NL w/ maximum bet of $500 due to state laws (so not really NL).

Hand #1,
I'm dealt AA UTG and make it $30, get called by UTG+1, LMP, CO, and Button. I have about $850 and everyone but CO has me covered (at around $550). (This seemed unusual as this had been a pretty tight table and I expected no more than 2 calls and probably a re-raise if more than 1 player came.)

Flop: QT8 rainbow
I bet $100, everyone calls.

Turn: 3 (QT8) making a heart draw possible.

I bet $500

Hand 2
This is the same structure as # 1 except that now it is at a different table at 6am and the big stacks have left leaving mainly steamers. This table has people raising light and getting many callers for $35-40 consistently. I have yet to play a hand and have $485 after the blinds have gone through me once.

I'm dealt TT UTG and raise to $40 and am called in 4 spots.

Flop: 347Rainbow

I bet $100 and am called by all

Turn: 8 (347)completing rainbow,
I push...

Please criticize liberally. Be nasty if you must and thanks,
PT

I would either check/fold or push both turns, depending on how the table is playing. If people are playing passively, check/fold is better. I would also raise more preflop with both hands.

I'm not ordinarily a fan of the limp-reraise UTG but it seems like an option to consider at this kind of table.
