Re: KQs - Too Loose for 10NL
Looks ok to me. Im calling that river, PF is good in the CO, C/c on the flop works, You hit on the turn and 2/3 pot it, push river. It'd be a same if SB has 87, but I think your hand is good enough here enough times to make it EV.

Re: KQs - Too Loose for 10NL
Look at SB's stack size; implied odds are not there. Fold this preflop the second time, it was played fine the first. If you are going to play it post flop you have to get it all in on this flop because you can't afford to hit really good.
As played turn and river are fine although I would just push the turn cause the pot is like my stack size. |

Re: KQs - Too Loose for 10NL
Deep stacked MP2 called there, making the implied odds better than if it were just the SB. If MP didnt call, then hero should fold, but with him in the hand, I think a call is in order.

This flop is one I reraise, it hits often and villains are short just as you are.

Re: KQs - Too Loose for 10NL
A caller rarely provides implied odds. The caller is not likely to have a hand like AK or AA that pays off when you beat it. He's likely to have a hand like 87s or 44 that will get YOU into tricky situations when playing against.

Re: KQs - Too Loose for 10NL
After mouthing off about how it was possible to play LAG (see location) and win at 10NL, I suddenly realized I was an [censored]. I switched to TAG and started playing two tables at once. I've come over to the dark side.
It's sort of the story of my life. I'm rebellious for the sake of rebellion and then I settle down and join the mainstream. |
