turn card bad or good?

table was fishy. villian is 60/22/1.4

i hadn't seen villian c/r one flop and we've been at the same table for almost two hours. he'd raise 90% of the time preflop during this session, was fairly passive but liked to take weird/random shots sometimes.

If I'm first to act is when I consider check/calling down. But having three check it to you, you've gotta bet. Call down if raised.
