Default Abbreviation overload

I'm very new to the game and I get so lost (I figure this is a pretty common question but I couldn't find the answer).

VPIP? VPISB? (I figure something small blind). Does poker tracker keep track of everybody's hands including yours or just your own? I haven't had a chance to fiddle with it. Are there any other programs that you would suggest using to try and learn and improve?

Default Re: Abbreviation overload

VP$IP is the percentage of the time you voluntarily put money in the pot.

The other one, I assume, is how often you voluntarily put money in the pot from the small blind.

PokerTracker keeps track of everyone's hands, including yours.

If you put your mouse over each abbreviation in Poker Tracker it will tell what the abbreviations stands for in the bottom left hand corner.
