Default Sketchy turn 3 bet?

I have a note on the villain that he called the flop w/ top pair and waited to raise on the turn. How is my turn and river action?

This looks fine to me. I might have wussed out and not bet the river, as I probably would have to fold if he raised. Getting bluff-raised out of this pot here sucks.

turn is very standard. 3bet that. river is also a bet against just about all players but it really depends on who youre playing against and how you plan on handling a raise as to whether a bet is appropriate. they call this the clarkmeister rule. it means that you should bet these hands on a 4flush board and fold to a raise because it shows profit, which is true, but at these higher stake levels theyre more likely to take advantage of bet/fold lines by punishing you.

I was just thinking that my 3 bet on the turn may of been questionable because if he indeed had top pair then does he call the 3 bet without a heart? And if I do 3 bet and he calls (does he do this enough w/ just 1 pair no draw?) do I still bet the river (thinking that he probably has a heart or has me beat w/ some other hand) if he calls the turn 3 bet?
