Default Trying a slim semi-bluff with AK

Villain in hands plays a TAG game and seems capable of folding a hand, this is the first time I reraise him during the session, about 80 hands in. I have been playing Semi-Loose aggressive.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 4 handed) converter

SB ($25.35)
BB ($106.35)
UTG ($212.55)
Hero ($119.40)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.50.
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $4</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $11</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, UTG calls $7.

Flop: ($23.50) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $15</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $35</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $108.4</font> (all in)

is this terrible?, its not something I do often but once in a while i mix it up like this. How often do you think this is TT-QQ testing if I have KK AA and will fold to a push?

I think that villain is expecting you to have AA/KK here. I think you're drawing to running diamonds against 99.

dont you need to be drawing to a hand to make it a SEMI-bluff? (other than just overs)

If he's played pretty tight and you've played fairly loose then I'm guessing he's not letting go of this hand here. Especially after he raises it to $35. He's not 'testing' anything, he knows he has you beat right now. If he has TT-QQ he wants to get the money in before an overcard hits, If he has AA or KK then your A or K outs could be dirty. If he hit his set your drawing to only runner diamonds. Do you really want to play an expensive hand here with AKs and a long shot draw?
