Since you have this problem with the "/promo" not working to report your bonus status. How will I know IF I am receiving my bonus correctly? For example, let's say I currently playing my 98th qualified hand. In two more hands I should get $10 put into my cashier balance. How will I know that this indeed happen unless I am tracking the cashier balance every single hand that I'm playing on your site, i.e. pot for pot.

Will a confirmation box pop-up saying that $10 has been placed into to your account. It's really bad timing to offer a deposit bonus and have your bonus self-verification system fail almost exactly at the same time.

I noticed the same problem last night at around 8pm, at this time I emailed support. By approximately 1030pm, I had heard back from them (exactly what has been discussed here, that the tracking system is off, but my bonus is still there).
Every time I've dealt with Truepoker, they've been great, so I don't expect any problems with this bonus getting to me.

JoeBlow, you and your 4 posts validate your ignorance. I must admit I am slightly annoyed by the fact that I cannot check my promo status online.

However, I have used the "HOST" online and emailed support 4 times on this issue and received a very prompt, courteous and well-justified explanation of what is going on each time.

As TruePokerCEO stated, if you have problems with support, email him and he will make sure that is not an ongoing situation. I have never had an issue with True's support and find it to be very responsive as have several others on this forum apparently.

Stew,

I appreciate your insults. But you are wrong about the email support situation. It is indeed an ONGOING situation. It has been going on for the past year or so. Email support has always been lousy usually the ceo is first to respond, after someone is forced to come on here with their greviences. Anyone on this forum even the most die hard true poker players can validate this. Do a search on true poker support and you will see what I mean.

Have a great day!

Sorry for the insults, but I was at work and having a bad day. If you have had support problems, then I apologize, personally, I have not. Furthermore, it is typical of posters with a small amount of posts to appear on sites such as this and RGP and muckrake a site that they have had an issue with that was probably their fault in the first place. I'm not saying that's the case, I'm just saying it happens.

As far as True goes, it makes me feel very comfortable that their CEO monitors this board and is apparently willing to look into any situations or complaints that are made against his site. If you've had problems, then as he stated, email him and he'll look into it.

Again, I apologize for the personal attack.
