Default ever slow down on this?

Given MP1's limp behind 2 limp reraise, I figured him for a moron. Still, I couldn't bring myself to cap the river. This was only his 4th hand at the table. You guys cap river?

If you'll do it on the turn, with that rag that fell, you should do it on the river. The entire reason you played the 4s was to hit your set. Make money with it. Maybe if 4 to a straight or certain flush situations I slow down, but not here.

The OP didn't give a read on this player. If he has the stats of a moron, I 3-bet, otherwise, I would hate calling a cap here.
