This comes as no surprise. Ivey apparently has been doing very well in big cash games. Ask anyone who has authored a book it is very time consuming. WOuld probably be -EV for Phil to spend time authoring rather than playing.

The book would likely be unhelpful as it would simply be 200+ pages of

Ivey doesn't strike me as someone who has the pateince to write a book, although if he did it would be a huge success, based on his name alone.
