existing partypoker player interested in rake rebate

Is there any way for an existing party poker accountholder to take part in a rake rebate? I play a lot and from what I am reading I am missing out on money. Is this arrangement ok with party poker?

Answer in short is no. But,

Only way I think is to close your account and open a new one.

you can open an empire account which also can have rake rebates
