19 is to young, I didnt start having similar issuses untill I was 21 and drunk. Try and get some Viagra, just bite of a corner and you will be good to go for a few hours and your girl will appreciate it.

i was thinking that too, maybe you guys just need to find something different to do during sex that will get you going.

I had the same problem, with almost the same exact situation. I lost my virginity before the first time I masturbated so that's not definitely the problem (although it may be contribtuing). I'm not circumsized either and with some of the bigger condoms sometimes I can barely feel it.

It's all mental. If you start thinking about how long it's taking, it will take too long. If you start worrying about losing your boner, you will lose your boner. Do not think, just do. Focus on the rhythm, the action, and on her reactions. The act itself is enough to get you off if you just let it.

If all else fails and you're in a hurry, there's no shame in just focusing on an image or thought that turns you on (think of it like masturbating with her vagina) and getting the job done.

also, does this still happen when she is on top ? because if it does that would rule out the whole tired/lack of stamina explanation. and if it doesn't you could have her go on top if you feel yourself starting to lose it, that way you can just let her do most of the work for you.
