TT against button minraise

Just sat down, no reads.

I am SB with TT, Villain is Button. Villain has $165, I cover.

Preflop: Folds around to Villain who minraises, I make it $12 to go, BB folds, Villain re-minraises me, I call.

What is my plan here against an unknown? Check-fold? Lead and fold to a raise?
Also, does anyone play preflop differently? Perhaps just call the intial raise?
