According to the page you linked to, that's a sign-up bonus for your FIRST deposit only.

The banner at the top of web page says "Sign Up Bonus", but the terms read like a reload bonus.

Most importantly, on the Client it says "Holiday Special Bonus".

It says first deposit in December.

Edit: Webpage says first in december, program says first. I tried to deposit now, and did *not* get the bonus.

Why would they offer this as a new player bonus of $50 when they also offer a new player bonus up to $100. This is clearly supposed to be available to all players. I deposited and got no bonus, so I emailed the manager.

I agree, at a minimum the people at PokerNow have not figured out how to be clear in their promotions, and a baby sign up bonus makes no sense, but does for a Reload.

Do you *guys* find this effective? Any time I've emailed any of the party skins, I never got a response. I've called the toll free number and after waiting on hold for about 5 minutes, I usually have the issue resolved. This happened last month when the site and client showed 2 different reload codes (I didn't get the bonus, called, and within 5-10 minutes I had the bonus pending).
