If that was his point, he should try taking an objective look at the comparison. Even if these are somehow illegal (which does not appear to be the case), they are approximately five orders of magnitude less severe than the financial accusations Delay is facing.

The attack on Delay is POLITICAL, nothing more. They can't beat him on leadership or in the arena of ideas, so they smear his name. That's Democratic politics.
