Default Fix my sleeping cycle

I've been up since Thursday 5pm (yesterday afternoon). It is now Friday 8am, so I've been up 13 hours. My eyes feel really drowsy and mentally I don't feel so sharp, but my body still has a lot of pep.

In any case, I'm not too good at fixing my schedule, so I need you guys to keep me accountable and offer some suggestions. I need to be awake at 8:30am on Monday. Thanks

I just sat here and blinked a few times after reading this. You are a woman with a vagina.

If you wake up at 7 AM, do you go to bed at 8 PM?

Oops.. my math is no g00t. I've been up 15 hours. I usually try to get 8 hours of sleep so ideally, if I wanted to wake up at 7am, I'd go to sleep at 11pm.

2 options:

1) Use whatever caffeine/stimulants you can to keep yourself up until 7-8 pm. You'll hit the hay and sleep for 12-14 hours...and be ok.

2) Take a nap...set your alarm for say, 1-2 pm. Then find a friend with Ambien and take two at 10-11 pm.

Don't be such a pussy. Being awake for 15 hours is nothing.

No kidding. On any normal workday I'm awake for 17-18 hours. Grow some balls.
