Default Hit nut straight on river, board is paired and villain wakes up

Ok, opponent was loose and passive, both pre- and post flop from what I had seen, but not loose enough to play Q9 in that spot. Is it weak just to call this river, results to follow

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 5 handed) converter

Hero ($94.45)
SB ($52.45)
BB ($77.71)
UTG ($101.44)
MP ($211)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.50.
UTG calls $1, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $5</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, UTG calls $4.

Flop: ($11.50) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $6</font>, UTG calls $6.

Turn: ($23.50) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
UTG checks, Hero checks.

River: ($23.50) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $25</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero??

No, I don't think so. He is a passive player and this is a very aggressive move. I think he would fold any hand that you beat (trips or lower) if you raise. Unless you think he would make this play with A10, AND call a raise, then its not worth it, you'll get out-boated too often.

He probably has a 10 but may have boated up with the K or J. I would be too scared to raise here.

against a thinking player I would but this guy was not, and I have noticed that they almost always fold for a half pot or slightly above on this kind of board when they are empty and call anyway if they have any pocket pair
