You didn't state what your prefered game/limit but no matter....
N. Seattle has a place called "the Hideaway", 145th & Aurora. There you'll find good action 4-8 & 10-20 HE being played in a small smoky room. If you're sensitive to smoke keep reading.
South of Seattle in Renton is "Diamond Lil's". They offer 4-8,6-12,8-16 and 12-24 HE, 6-12(w/10-20 kill)Omaha split. Good action all the time although the day crew in the big game can be a bit nitty.
The room is well ventilated and the food is rather good (1/2 price for seated players).
There are also a few indian casinos but they suck for more reasons than I care to spend time listing.
More and more of the mini-casinos have been putting in a couple poker tables and have either 3-6 or 4-8 HE or Omaha split. Look them up in the phone book and call around if you're bored and have some time to kill.
Good luck to you!

I've started playing at Muckleshoot and probably will go back there for the time being. I felt the 4-8 HE games were pretty good for me at my current skill level. May check out Lil's as it is slightly closer to me.
