CO 25/5/3.5 who is pretty passive preflop in raising (and especially reraising), but very aggressive postflop

Anyone else lay this down? Maybe it's a mistake, maybe not, but I don't think there's too huge a difference either way. What if I wasn't a blind and was on the button, call 4 cold? Thoughts?
