I like it if UTG+1 doesn't 3-bet you. If he doesn't and you don't improve on the river, what's you're plan? What's you plan if you make Jacks & 7s?

I don't like the turn action. You don't have the best hand and you don't have enough equity to raise with just one card to come. Call and save your checkraise the river if you hit your flush. Donk trips or two pair on the river.

What's the point of the turn raise? The flop raise looks like a freecard play attempt. Perhaps UTG+1 thinks you're trying this by playing a little stop and go?

I'd just call the turn and get more bets in on the river.

You're probably behind here on the turn as it is, why spew more chips than necessary?

If all three players call, I only need 11.5 outs to break even; I potentially have 14. I can understand not liking the play, but I fail to see how it is obvious spewery. I am not in good position to extract two bets on the river, so I don't think I'm giving up much river equity by raising now. Also, this hand should stick out in the other players' minds and work to my advantage later on.

edit: Does this play become automatic if there are three trapped callers on the turn?

I wouldn't count it as 14 outs. I don't see any clean outs.
As for advertising, who needs to at 2-4. Spewing
