My opponent in this hand is RiverLoser...who has won a lot on Stars. Would anyone play the hand differnt? Even though I know RiverLoser is a really good player I don't think I can lay down my set. Thanks

I only play the low buy-ins, but I'd probably go broke at least 90% of the time in that situation.

Looks fine to me. But try not to flop lower sets. They can get you into lots of trouble.

This is still very early in the tourney and you would have still had plenty of chips to play with. That said, I go broke here as well [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

When he went allin what hands did you put him on before you clicked call?

In the $10 tourneys I play I'd call in an instant and go broke, but in the big one early on against a good player who knows he has an edge on the field, chips and time, I think about it and then call and go broke.

looks fine.. only thing is maybe a fold pre-flop, but post flop you can't get away from this.. if your set loses to a higher set, so be it.. only bad play is to not call

I put him on AJ, JJ, AK or AA. Because of his small preflop raise and his bet out on the flop I was pretty sure he didn't have AA. JJ was a real possibility but I was banking on him having AJ. I thought he took me for a weak player (which is prob correct) and felt he would get me to call with AK or AQ. Opps...

Well played. If you can get away from that hand after the perfect flop, you are playing the wrong game.
