Does any one have the complete rules to this aside from

this essay

I want to know rules like how can you integrate a payout system.. say you wanted to pay off full houses 20:1 or something. What would you have to charge the bettor on top of his bet? Can the house ever pay more than 1:1 if a side bet is added in?

can someone list a variety of variations on the game and the +/-ev difference for the house?
