Default Google calculator.

I was looking on the net for some math posts, and typed "47 choose 2" into google, and got: 47 choose 2 = 1 081.

For those that don't know it, google provides basic combinatoric calculations. I found it by accident, but thought I'd share it with anyone else who doesn't, and this figured to be the forum to get the most use out of it.

Yes, Google's calculator is useful.

I used to volunteer to answer mathematics questions from the general public. Sometimes people would ask advanced and even research-level questions, but about 1/3 of the questions were about converting units! Google does this, too.

Google: convert 1 furlong to meters

Google is going to take over the world. Their google maps site is also interesting. I'm continually impressed by the things they've come up with.

So I'm not the only one that finds the maps sweet. I love the new hybrid option. Also I just love to browse cities and whatever and zoom in with the satellite sometimes.
