Society accepts some crazy behaviour around the time we graduate from HS. (Age 19.) Lot's of extreme drunkness and partying, vandalism, so on and so on. This kind of stunt would not be that big a deal if it didn't get filmed and put out on the internet.
(EDITED to add: This is filmed by a student with a crappy phone camera, so I'm sure that's the closest he could get. [img]/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img])
