TTH question

Hello,
I am new to playing Hold'em so I bought this software Wilson Turbo Hold'em.

I was wondering if anyone else has used the software, and if so is there a player profile that would fit "most" or the avarage player style, in a cardroom setting?
Can anyone point me to a good explantion of "loose Agressive"
