Empire Junefever code not working? Says "elapsed"

I made a deposit using the JUNEFEVER code earlier tonight, and I got a confirmation email saying I had $100 in my bonus account and to play so many raked hands. But when I click on the cashier bonus section on Empire, the status of my bonus says "elapsed" and none of my raked hands have been counted, it's still at 0. What up with that?

Have you made a withdrawal within the last couple of weeks? This might be the problem... (Take a look at the other Empire thread)

Same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago at Multi. I wrote them an email about it. They never answered, but a day later, the bonus status was changed to "pending release", and from there on everything worked fine. I hadn't made a withdrawal in quite some time.

I can beat that - I just deposited 150 (just to be sure lol).. not only did I not get the bonus, but the money isnt in my account. Neteller shows it leaving - but there is no history of it entering my empire account. (Before I noticed this i deposited anotehr 100 trying to get the bonus to work - and that 100 went through fine).. Any advice on action I should take if empire doesnt fix it very quickly?

just contact empire.

sometimes transactions get 'timed-out' somewhere in the middle or otherwise lost along the way.


I had this happen at Absolute once when I had deposited $1k. It wasn't in my AP account but neteller had the transaction has having gone through and my neteller acct was $1k lighter.

After calling AP they looked in their little computers, said "oh...there it is. Guess your tansaction timed-out" and put the money in my AP acct.
