ING has one, it was posted here in the zoo.
This shows a 3% rate. But I came across this account for UK residents, looks like they could get 5%. US residents get a worse deal I believe because the accounts are FDIC insured?

I have an ING account. It looks like their rate is going to increase though judging by their little trend graph. Earned $3 on my first month!!!!

I just got an account from ING for disposable income from my job. 3%, no min. balance, can withdraw any time, as much as you want.

The only trouble is that there is some lag between your request and the action.

But...I'm doing it b/c it's a heckuva lot better than just sticking my money in a non-interest checking account at Wells Fargo.

I don't mean to suggest this as an option for active bankroll, just for large sums that some have laying around in neteller getting 0%.
