Deep breaths help a lot, but if I actually need a release, I listen to some heavy music and scream along with it. Hey Man Nice Shot by Filter really does the trick.

I've always had an urge to throw a glass or plate of food against the wall (ala American Beauty), but have never had the balls to do it. I think I could really scare the [censored] out of someone by doing that, especially if it was a female that had never seen that side of me (Although I often show frustration, I don't often show my deep seeded anger to other people).

I punched a wall about 3 months ago when my hardrive (with over a year worth of writing, poker stuff, vids (porn and not porn)) tanked. I think I broke my pinky nuckel though - still hurts and looks different from the other one.

Uh yeah, dont punch walls.
