Default home game - house rules

I am making a set of rules to eliminate disputes. Basic categories are Dealing, Mucking, Shuffling/Cutting, Betting Rules, Burning, Misdeals, and Etiquette. What should I include to make it complete? I don't want to leave anything out.

I could post the entire list so far if anyone would like to see it.

Take Robert's Rules, add in your shuffling/cutting procedures, and call it a day.

Default Robert\'s Rules link

I'm not affiliated with the site, just found it when looking for rules to use in my own home rulebook.

Best house rule I've ever seen: anyone who answers a cell phone in the middle of a hand automatically folds.
