Default 3 handed: TPTK facing aggression

I'm at work now so I don't have logs, but here's how it went down. Stars 5/10, 3 handed. Villain is aggressive, but it's my first orbit and I dont know whether he's TAG or LAG.

UTG with AJo, I raise, folded to BB who calls.

Flop: J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

BB checks, I bet, he raises, I call.

Turn: 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

He bets, I raise, he 3-bets, I cap, he calls.

River: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Villain checks, Hero ???

Why would you cap this turn? I like your turn raise, but when he 3-bets it's time to call down.

The river looks like he's afraid of the flush (or getting tricky with a flush) so I would just check behind. He's not folding a better hand and his turn cap told you that he was ahead.
