I believe so, which sucks, because I just saw Phil Ivey and John DAgastino sit down to play NL cash game. Before things got hairy I watched John rake in $5,000 playing heads up against some random guy.

Yes, it's down. I don't agree with the negative comments, however. I love full tilt. They have great tourneys generally with regular horse, razz, and omaha hi tournaments.
