Default haircut prices?

how much do you all typically spend on getting your haircut?
does it include a washing or conditioning?
how much do you typically tip?
how often do you get your haircut?

I spent $15 on a good cordless electric clipper three years ago. Once a week with the 1/4 blade. Have paid for exactly zero haircuts in three years.

Think of the $$$$ saved!

Of course, I look like a dork, but I'm married, so why worry about that?
