Yep, it's 250, I just did it myself.
Unfortuanlly I forgot to apply the bonus code on the first try so I had to do it again, which means I have $500 out there in eCash -> Neteller limbo. Hopefully it clears by tommorow in case I need it for something else.

It shows up on the bonus page in the cashier, unlike the other weekend specials, so my guess would be that it stacks, rather than clears at the same time as the monthly.
I had already cleared the monthly, so can't confirm.
