12, usually the distribution is something like:

3 2/4's
2 3/6's
2 4/8's
1 6/12 (maybe)
2 2/5 NL's
1 10/20
1 15/30

What is the wait like on a Saturday late-afternoon timeframe? I am planning on making my first visit tomorrow and was wondering what I will be in for at around 6.
I will be playing 6/12 or 10/20.

At 6, the wait's not too bad - it usually starts picking up after that though. The only problem with 6/12 and 10/20 is that there's usually only one table, so even if you're near the top of the list, it can take a while to get a seat.

[ QUOTE ]
Their No Limit is supposed to have a $400 max buy in but often times, there will be thousands of dollars on the table. Maybe they are winning all that money but a dealer and I were discussing the possibility that people were adding chips to their stack as they went along. I don't know maybe the game is very fishy and you can beat it for that amount.

The 6-12 is sweet when it runs.

i've played in this game many times, and i know daboys85 has too. i've never seen anyone pull chips out of their pocket except to reload.

to give an example of the kind of money that can be won or lost, last week(the last thursday in July), i was stuck in the game $450. i had $350 in front of me at the time. 4 hands later, i had just over $2000 in front of me. i've seen 2 different people get stacked $400 at a time 3 times in 10 hands or less....one guy in 3 consecutive hands.

cheers!

If money is getting added to the table, it's after the stacks have been built off of the fish. You really need to get there when the game starts or the big stacks are at least around $1000-$1500 after 2-3 hours. I've had up to $3600 on the table at the end of an 8 hour session. As a matter of fact, I've only rebought in one session so far and and having the sorry end of AA of KK three times and set over set, I still only lost $68. Needless to say, the game is that fishy. Hey Trip, PM me your real name so I can put a face with that screen name. FYI, I'll be down Monday and Tuesday.

Thanks, it makes me think I should learn to play No-Limit. I always wondered if they were winning that much or adding chips. Thanks for letting me know.
