Default Starting hands question #1 and #2 (party 10/20 6max)

Two similar questions.

1) Is there any hand that, when opening from the SB, is an absolute must-raise?

I mean when I just call with AJ or AA and the flop comes favourable I can probably go for a turn check-raise when my opponent is running on a complete bluff or is value betting his pair of something. Conversely, when I dont hit my big cards I wont have to fight as much against a pair of crap with 6 outs, so there is yet another advantage. The disadvantage is of course the free flop when he would have folded to a raise and then hits his hand.

2) Is there any hand that, when facing one limper (not the SB) is an absulute must-raise from the BB?

Given party´s aggressiveness an opponent with positional advantage might also bet himself to death when I just check my AA in the BB. Plus your calls also get respect and you wont get run over when you are not that strong. Of course you would also be betting lots of flops with that strategy because your opponents will know that, despite checking, you could have a very strong hand.
