Herman-Miller Aeron Problem

The right arm keeps slipping down a cm or two below the left arm. I have the design where there's a wheel you spin to tighten and loosen it. I tighten it as much as I can. Has anyone else had this same problem?

I sort of have this problem too, I usually don't tighten them up all the way but I don't notice a huge problem (or maybe it doens't annoy me enough to notice). I don't think I tend to put too much weight on them.
