I checked on pokerwire as well. Nothing about a level increase, which make you think there was another raise somewhere first.

I can't imagine that's right. I'm guessing he was reraising the AA guy who probably opened to 1500-2000.

Well AA was BB according to the reports so it does make sense that AA would put in the last raise if the action went as described.
