are you a hi-fi fan? you know what I want? a jukebox with all the old tv themes from the 80's, like the perfect strangers song and wkrp in cincinatti. that is my kinda jukebox.

[/ QUOTE ]

I like jukeboxes that have Fugazi and Pixies, but I would accept weird 80s shows as an alternative.

[/ QUOTE ]

HI-FI is the place to go for this but it could possibly be the WORST bar in NYC

Why do you say that? I was only there once, and it seemed pretty ok.

I really like Supreme Trading in Brooklyn. I love drinking at the Bowert Ballroom downstairs bar.

East village I can be found at Welcome to the Johnsons or I still haven't gotten completely sick of Pianos.

For uptown neighborhoody bar, theres Doc Watsons.

For up up town, you cannot beat Ding Dong Lounge.

Anywhere in Bushwick should be great.

Come on Bdk, dont be a jerk. East New York and/or the Morrissania section of the Bronx would be like, totally better options.

Packed, annoying, terrible atmosphere and people have no clue how to pick songs from a jukebox. A Jukebox bar is great unless you want to hear sweet caroline 10x in a row, its not my cup of tea.

A great underrated bar due to the age of folks that go is the main bar at the Four Seasons. CLASSIC!

its like the peter luger of bars.

I forgot two really great brooklyn bars in boerum hill/smith st area. the brooklyn inn is a classic, awesome bar. the actual bar was hauled over from somewhere in europe and was built in the 1800s!

also zombie hut on smith st (next to baluchis) is a very fun place to drink.

you know what was the classic, great peter luger of bars? the old gramercy park hotel bar. the dudes in green coats, etc. it was great.

then they gutted it and turned it into some terrible faux hipster joint.
