Default Yet another AA question

You have AA someone raises pre everyone else gets out. Usually I re the re but have experimented with the flat call. Then flat call on flop, turn. You never know where you are at in the hand but neither do they.

The reason I am trying this is that I am pretty tight and a re-raise of a raise pre flop narrows me down to AA, KK, QQ, and AK. This puts them on their heels and a lot of people will not put any more money in unless they get a super strong flop.

However when I flat call they do the continuation bet, then usually bet turn. It seems more money goes in the pot this way, a pot I usually am gonna win.

Has anyone else tried this and what were your results? If more than 2 people come in the pot I always reraise to try and get one out, but I am talking about heads up or 3 handed at most.
