Default Prima Multiple account question.. is this normal

A long time ago I made an account with 7 Sultans. So long ago I did not even know what rakeback was.

Once I knew out about rakeback I made an account with royalcardclub. I tried to make my old alias stay, for some reason the verification code would never work. I contacted RCC support about this and they told me it was a bug in the software, and to just make a new account. I ended up hating RCC for many reasons and resolved to find a new place to play on prima sometime in the future.

Today with not playing the party skins anymore I thought why not get thing rolling with prima again, and tried to sign up with code poker. Again the alias verification code did not work, and code will not let me log on. They told me to call support. I did and the guy said something about verifying my alias with the prima network before I can play. Has this happened to anyone and is this normal or not?

I'm in this exact situation. When I tried to verify my alias at Code, there was a link that said "click here if you forgot your verify code" or whatever. I clicked the link, put in my screen name and password for each Prima site that I had previously, and it didn't recognize any of them. I think I'm gonna try to just make a new alias.

How did this get resolved? I tried to do the right thing and ended up re-intalling 7 Sultans just to find out my old alias. This is when the problems started. They make it so much easier to just break the rules and when you try and follow them there are all kinds of issues it seems.

I definitely would not go about breaking any rules such as 2 different accounts. I had a poker account at royal vegas then got a sports betting account at bet365 which then became part of the prima network. I did win a large amount 1 month and I guess this brought up a red flag and they locked my account for 2 alias and kept my money. I'm am not without fault in this situation buy Prima can not really be contacted and I know of quite a few other NL high limit who have had their accounts locked with lots of money

Nope not gonna break the rules. I called code poker and explained what happened to them, I guess we will see where it goes from here.
