Default Almost off topic -What about the Bill that passed the house?

I say almost off topic, but since most posts here revolve around online small stakes games, I thought it best to post here. But, what do you guys think about the bill basically prohibiting wire transfers and payments to offshore casinos by US banks? Are we going to get screwed out of our balances? Is this the end of online Poker???

Thoughts??

See the *internet gambling* thread for a discussion. Basically, the bill has no teeth.

I wonder about the safety of online poker. Have you guys seen software like this:
http://scoopmonster.com/go/home

It basically analyzes the play on True Poker and either recommends what you "should" do or you can put it on "Auto-Play". Now, don't get me wrong, it isn't going to help someone who knows how to play the game, but it could really help someone who already is a poor player be a lot better.

The relation to Small Stakes poker is that people who use this probably would only use it in Small Stakes room.

I'm not sure what criteria the application uses for each decision it makes, but it really crunches the numbers. I wonder how many people use this application and others like it (perhaps more sophisticated) to play online poker right now. I used to play on True Poker but have reservations now. Are my reservations unfounded? I know a good poker player can probably beat a computer by using different "tricks" etc. but basically the computer is playing (at the very least) perfect statistical poker. If one was able to code a more sophisticated version that took into account the ways different players are playing and act accordingly...
Sorry if this is off-topic; however, I think it is relevant to small stakes poker as this is the arena one might use such applications...
