Default When did I Poker network (noble and those) start offering rakeback?

I liked that network and did the 100% match at noble and thought the games were loose agressive and beatable. Once I was done with the 100% there not being any rakeback I moved on. Now I see rakeback on sites at the network are popping up. Is this new or was I missing out the whole time?

I am a little slow on the uptake, thanks for the info. All I knew was when I started playing there 4 months ago there was no rakeback and found out today that now there is.
