Default I never know how to use my FPP points

I have about 15k FPP points and possess little desire for anything in the store.

I would use them for MTTs, but I never know what is a better deal or what I should look for.

Basically, its not worth my time to play in a satellite with over 1000 people that gives me a seat worth less than 100$.

But, I may not be seeing the big picture.

Advice appreciated.

Thanks,

SC

I also have 15,000. I think I'm going to hang on until I've got 20,000 and play the next "Party For Free Main Event $100,000". That, presumably, will have a 1st prize of $20,000 and be worth playing for.

Addendum: would I be correct in thinking FPPs don't expire?

This might be obvious, but maybe not, I'm talking about Poker Stars - I'm not sure if they are called FPP on Party or not, but I know I have more.

I would sell them, but don't know what the value of a FPP is worth. Any ideas?

Use them on saturdays in teh Satelites to Dublin/Monte Carlo/Bahamas.

Those are the money satelites.

They have SnG FPP satellites to the weekly 500K. 375 FPP x 36 players with the prize a seat worth $215..

13500 FPP / $215 = 62.7 FPP/$ according to Stars.

I think there's good value in some of the FPP sats on Stars actually, but if you really think they aren't worth your time there are some things in the FPP store (like the books) which might have some resale value.

As for PP, the Party for Free seems to be the only event worth going for, but you could stockpile and wait for points WSOP ME sats.

It is better to use the FPPs in SNG satellites on Stars than in the MTT satellites. Usually the MTT satellites have a fixed number of seats that are awarded and the ratio of participants to seats is virtually always greater than 9:1 for a given buy in (usually 500 FPPs for the $500K satellites).

In a SNG your ratio is 9:1 and a few players are just horrible making a solid player's win rate above 20%

Of course, you can turn the entry into t$ or w$ when you win.
