Is SB the type to donk bet with a made hand, or an underpair? Is he a tight player or a loose maniac?

Would he 3 bet preflop with JJ or A10 or QJ or AQ or 99 or.......

Depends on SB. Your Villan woke up on a card that puts 4 to a straight on the board, plus it is very possible he raised preflop with a pair of jacks, got scared on the flop by the two face cards, and now he's got his set on the turn. If he's tight, or passive, I think you can give it up, since you don't have the odds to draw to the gutshot and you can't pair your cards to win against either a straight or a set.

Against an unknown, I call down with TPTK.

What would you do if villain 3 bet the turn, you would be getting 10:1 would you call and hope to catch a ten?

Edit make that 9:1

I dont see why I would raise. What do I have beat that 3 bets me preflop here? ace queen? I thought I was beat on the turn but for some reason didnt fold. I really don't understand raising here though.

yes, but we have top pair, top kicker. what do we know about SB- would he 3bet w/ KQ? Certainly not KJ. I don't fear his donk bet- i'm raising that turn.
