Reopening a PP account.

Hopefully someone here can help me out. When I first opened up an account on party poker I didn't have rakeback, and ended up moving to a skin to get rakeback. Then, a couple of months ago I wanted to open up rakeback on party itself so that I could play the Steps tournaments so I deleted my old account and opened up a new one with an affiliate. Unfortunately, this happened right before Party banned rakeback on their skin (or something like that) and the affiliate that I signed up with said he wouldn't be giving me rakeback on my new account. Now I have a different affiliate telling me that he can give me rakeback on party poker. Do you think that I can close my party account a 2nd time and reopen it with the new affiliate?
