Tounament timing question

I am helping to put together a fund raising no-limit tournament. With 5000 starting chips, and blinds going up every 15 minutes, what should the blinds start out as to complete a 150 person event in 5-6 hours? How about 200 people? And 250?
Also comment on breaks. How many...how long...etc.
