I contacted InterPoker about the PEARTREE Bonus

The rep said that there was a problem with the system accepting the bonus code. He took my Account nuber and deposit amount. He said that they would manually credit my account with the bonus as soon as I met the bonus requirements. Hopefully he knows what he is talking about.

On a side note - It took me about 30 minutes to get through, as the phone was busy. Then I was placed on hold for 10 minutes listening to their multi-language "welcome to InterCasino" message. I have called them three times before and got through within a couple of tries each time. I guess they are VERY busy right now - I wonder why? [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Yeah, I went ahead and made the deposit and sent them an e-mail explaining what had happened. I'm sure they'll take care of it.

I was fortunate enough to get through in about 3 minutes, so it's definitely worth giving them a call. Have your Interpoker account number handy (or spend the time on hold looking through your files for the PIN mail with your account number, like I did).

Its bizzarre that it works for some and not others. It accepted my code, but I'm not convinced I'm going to get the bonus when I hit 500 hands.

I just called and got the same thing. Basically they took my account number and said they'll manually do it after I met the requirements. I tried many times to do it via the cashier and it didn't work. At least I have an email record and a phone record about it now.

If you call, once you get connected (I got a bunch of busy signals) just hang on, it seems like they're transferring you all over the place and the welcome message repeats about 10 times, but eventually I got through. Total time was less than 5 minutes.
