if it was really good and I intend to read it again sometime, I put it on the bookshelf.

Do you live ina big city? Just trade them in at a used bookstore for either more books, or for cash, depending on the system. If you live in podunkville or something you can either donate them to the library or just sell the bundle on ebay, you get a discount on shipping when you mail books, so its not that bad (make the buyer pay it anyway tho)

I donate them to the public library down the street or give them to my friends or little cousins.

I love books. My dad has always had walls and walls of bookshelves, full of all kinds of books, and I guess that's where I got it from. Whether it's a hardcover or paperback I try to save it. I'm hoping one day to have a house big enough to house all these books, 'cause right now it's a bit crammed.

I only keep series of books or good non-fiction. everything else goes Freecycle.

give them to friends. or if they were terrible, 'forget' them somewhere.

the ones i want to keep are often the ones i want my friends to read the most, so i keep very, very few
