didnt they effectively tie USC? how can you say they dont belong?

Yet more evidence the Big Ten is vastly overrated and the Pac 10 is underrated.

How so? ND went 2-1 against both the Big Ten and the Pac-10, with one close win, one close loss, and one blow out each.

I agree that the Pac 10 is underrated. But what teams in the Big 10 are overrated? I'd make a point that the Big 10 is EVEN MORE underrated than the Pac 10.

While PAC 10 teams like Oregon continue to play 1-AA teams prior to conference play, they will continue to get exactly the amount of respect they deserve.
