Default Fire another barrel on river?

I have a fairly TAG image through 10 hands at this table-- bought in for 30 and doubled up 3rd hand with overpair vs TPTK.

50$NL, 60$ stacks

I have 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] on button. UTG calls, I limp, blinds check

Flop A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
-- pot 2$
-- UTG bets 1$, I call

Pot 4$
Turn 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
-- UTG bets 2$, I raise to 9$, UTG calls

After his weak flop and turn bets-- I didn't give him credit for much of a hand, and thought the turn was a good spot to represent A4/56 or some slowplayed trash I might make him believe I had.

He thinks.... and calls.

River K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
-- He checks, pot 22$
-- Worth another barrel?

I think hes calling you here way to often to be profitable, i will make this stab from time to time however when my image is more established

To me this smells more like a pair-type hand rather than a flush draw. FD pretty much instacalls here.

I'm what you call tight-goofy. I'm very aggressive, but sometimes act nitty, sometimes act LAG.

I actually thought this turn was quite a good spot for a semi-bluff.

I'm curious as to why you didn't raise your draw on the flop? It seems to have worked out fairly well for you anyway raising this turn but it seems the flop raise would be more advantageous for your draw. Am I wrong here?
