Default Confusing 2nd nut flush draw, Weird line by villian, help

Early on in the Full Tilt 50k ($215.)

I have 2500, villian starts with 2000. (starting stacks are 2k.)

I have no reads on villian, this is only the 10th or so hand.
15/30 blinds.

I have KcQc in MP1. I raise to 90. Villian is right next to me and minraises to 150.

Folded to me and I call.

Flop is As 2c 3c. Pot is 345.

I check. Villian bets 450.

Villian's minraise + overbet of pot confused the hell out of me. What should I do?

I think he has an Ace that's not the Ace of clubs, meaning you should lay it down.
